TERMS: COD orders are not accepted. CREDIT: No personal credit or purchase orders. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and American Express using the PayPal payment gateway or your PayPal account.

DEPOSITS: A 50% deposit is required on custom built and special order merchandise. All deposits are non-refundable.

RETURNS: Returns authorization required. Please call to get a RGA number. No returns will be excepted without this number. All merchandise subject to a 20% restocking fee and must accompany original invoice. No returns on custom built or special ordered merchandise.

CLAIMS: Damage claims must be made with freight carrier. Claims regarding content errors must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

PRICES: Every effort possible will be made to hold prices published, all prices are subject to change without notice. We cannot accept the responsibility for typographical errors in content or pricing.

WARRANTY: Neither the seller nor the manufacturer will be liable for any loss, damage or injury directly or indirectly arising from the use or inability to determine the use of these products. Before using, the user shall determine the suitability of the products for its intended use, and the user shall assume all responsibility and risk in connection therewith.
